Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius Day Trip from Rome Tickets Included
Awesome!
We had Mario as our guide and he was great! Very knowledgeable about Mt Vesuvius and Pompeii. He also had a good sense of humour. Vesuvius was amazing! And the weather that day was beautiful. Had lunch at the mall before heading to Pompeii. We spend a bit over 2 hours in Pompeii with a different guide. Perfect mount of time to spend there. Don’t need any longer there especially when it’s hot!

Full Day Tour to Pompeii and Mount Vesuvius from Sorrento
Pompei and Versuvius in one day
Our driver Luigi was fantastic and informative, he took us to Vesuvius first due to the weather and then to Pompei in the afternoon. Pompei was amazing but very very hot. Our historical guide was lovely and very knowledgable. Obviously we all wanted to take photographs and see everything , however there was not enough time in two hours. At the end we did not have the opportunity to visit the souvenir shops which was disappointing and we did feel hurried. Next time we would stay in Pompei or go on the train from Sorrento which would have been cheaper and given us more time to explore.
