If you are starting from the Pompeii archaeological site, exit the site through the main entrance and head towards Via Villa dei Misteri. Turn right onto Via Villa dei Misteri and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Via Plinio. Turn left onto Via Plinio and continue walking until you reach the train station 'Pompei Scavi - Villa dei Misteri'. From there, you can take a local train heading towards Naples. Get off at the 'Boscoreale' station, which is the next stop. When you exit the station, walk straight along Viale Villa Regina for about 10 minutes. Villa Regina will be on your left.

From the Pompeii archaeological site, walk to the bus stop located near the main entrance. Look for the SITA bus line that goes to Boscoreale; the bus number is typically 2 or 3. Board the bus, and it will take you directly to Boscoreale. The journey takes about 15-20 minutes. Once you arrive in Boscoreale, get off at the stop closest to Viale Villa Regina. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk to the Villa Regina, which will be on your right.
