From Portofino, head southeast on Via Roma towards the SP227 road. Continue on SP227 for approximately 7 km until you reach the roundabout at the entrance of Rapallo. Take the second exit onto Via G. Marconi, following signs for the Lungomare. Continue straight for about 1 km until you see the signs for Lungomare Vittorio Veneto. The castle is located directly on the waterfront.

From Portofino, walk to the nearest bus stop on Via Roma. Take the bus line 82 towards Rapallo. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Rapallo bus station, exit and walk towards Lungomare Vittorio Veneto, which is approximately a 10-minute walk straight down the road towards the sea. The castle is on the waterfront.
