    Start from the center of Positano, specifically from the main beach area (Spiaggia Grande). Walk towards the main road, Via dei Mulini. At the harbor, look for the ferry terminal. Take a ferry from Positano to Pompei, which will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Pompei harbor, follow the signs to the bus stop and take the bus to the town center of Pompei. The bus will drop you off close to Piazza Immacolata.

The bus ride takes about 45 minutes. Get off at the Pompei stop.
