After approximately 1 kilometer, you will reach the coastal road (SS163). From there, you can catch a local bus towards Maiori. Make sure to check the bus schedule so you know when the next bus is coming. After about 15-20 minutes, disembark at the stop for Maiori. Once you are in Maiori, the Museo d'Arte Sacra 'Don Clemente Confalone' is located at Piazzale Mons. Milo Nicola Prevosto. Walk towards the center of Maiori, and you will see the museum on your left, just a short walk from the bus stop.
