If you are starting from the Rimini train station, head southeast on Viale Giovanni XXIII. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Viale Tiberio. Continue straight and follow Viale della Repubblica as it curves left and becomes Via Santa Chiara. The Santuario della Madonna della Misericordia will be on your left at number 28.

Ride for about 5 stops and get off at the stop named 'Viale Santa Chiara', which is a short walk from the Santuario.
