Bus

From Termini Station, take Bus 64 towards Stazione San Pietro. Get off at 'Piazza San Giovanni in Laterano' stop. From there, walk towards 'Via della Lungara' and continue straight until you reach 'Via dei Penitenzieri'. Villa Barberini al Gianicolo will be on your left.

Metro and Walking

Take the Metro Line A from Termini Station towards Battistini. Get off at 'Ottaviano' station. From the station, walk towards 'Vatican City' and continue to 'Piazza San Pietro'. From there, head towards the Tiber River, cross the river via the 'Ponte Sant'Angelo', and follow the path to 'Via dei Penitenzieri'. Keep going until you reach Villa Barberini al Gianicolo.

Tram and Walking

From 'Piazza del Popolo', take Tram 2 towards 'Piazza di Villa Carpegna'. Get off at 'Piazza Venezia'. From there, walk towards the 'Foro Romano' and continue straight until you hit 'Via dei Penitenzieri'. Villa Barberini al Gianicolo will be on your right.

Walking

If you are near 'Piazza Navona', you can walk to Villa Barberini al Gianicolo. Head west on 'Piazza Navona' towards 'Corso Vittorio Emanuele II'. Turn left onto 'Corso Vittorio Emanuele II' and continue until you reach 'Via dei Penitenzieri'. The villa will be along this road.
