From the fountain, walk away from the fountain along Via delle Muratte until you reach the intersection with Via del Lavatore. Turn left onto Via del Lavatore, then continue straight until you reach a small square. At the square, you should see signs for Salita di Montecavallo. Follow the signs to Salita di Montecavallo, and you will find the Statue Romane located at Salita di Montecavallo, 00187 Roma RM.

If you prefer to use public transport, you can take a bus from a nearby stop. From the Trevi Fountain, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Via del Tritone. Look for buses that head toward the direction of Salita di Montecavallo. The bus number 87 is a good option. Board the bus and get off at the stop 'Piazza della Repubblica.' From there, it's a short walk to Salita di Montecavallo. Head towards Via Nazionale, and then turn left onto Salita di Montecavallo. The Statue Romane will be on your right.
