Once you reach Piazza Sant'Oronzo, look for Via XXV Luglio which is a short walk from the square. The Castello Carlo V will be on your right as you walk along Via XXV Luglio.

    Take a train or bus to Lecce. If you arrive by train, the Lecce train station is about a 15-minute walk to the Castello Carlo V. Exit the train station and head towards Piazzale Rudiae. From there, continue straight onto Via Giuseppe Palmieri, then turn left onto Via XXV Luglio. The castle will be on your left. If you take a bus, get off at the main bus terminal (Piazza della Libertà) and follow the same walking directions towards Via XXV Luglio.
