Getting There

• Walking

  From the main square in San Gimignano (Piazza della Cisterna), head southeast on Via San Giovanni. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via San Matteo. Turn left onto Via San Matteo and walk until you reach the bus station (Piazza delle Erbe). Here, you can catch a local bus (Line 130) that goes to Fattoria San Donato. The bus ride will take about 10-15 minutes. Once you get off at the stop closest to Fattoria San Donato, follow the signs that direct you to Località S. Donato, which is approximately a 10-minute walk from the bus stop.

• Biking

  If you prefer to bike, rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in San Gimignano. Start from the city center and follow the bike path heading out towards Località S. Donato. The distance is approximately 5 kilometers, and the ride will take around 20-30 minutes. The route is mostly flat and offers beautiful views of the Tuscan countryside. Make sure to keep an eye out for signs directing you to Fattoria San Donato once you are on the main road.

  For a more direct route, consider taking a taxi from San Gimignano to Fattoria San Donato.
