    Walking

    If you are starting from the San Gimignano town center, head towards the main thoroughfare, Via San Giovanni. Walk straight along this street, which is lined with shops and cafes. After about a 10-minute walk, you will reach a small square where you will see the Torre Grossa on your left. Continue straight, and the street will lead you to Piazza del Duomo. The entrance to the square is marked by the beautiful architecture of the buildings surrounding it.
