Bus
From the center of Siena, head to the 'Piazza Gramsci' bus stop. Take the bus number 124 towards Castellina in Chianti. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Località Caselle Sant'Agnese' stop. From there, walk approximately 10 minutes following the signs towards the Sant'Agnese Farm.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct route, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Siena. Simply tell the driver to take you to 'Sant'Agnese Farm, Località Caselle Sant'Agnese, 7, 53011 Castellina in Chianti'. The drive will take around 25 minutes, depending on traffic.
Walking
If you are feeling adventurous and are staying nearby, you can walk. Start from 'Piazza del Campo' and head towards 'Via Banchi di Sopra'. Continue straight until you reach 'Via della Sapienza'. Follow 'Via della Sapienza' until it turns into 'Via di Città'. Keep walking until you reach 'Strada della Montagnola'. From there, you will see signs to Castellina in Chianti. The total walk will take around 1 hour and 30 minutes, so be prepared for a long trek.
