From the center of Sorrento, head towards the main square, Piazza Tasso. Once you reach the square, look for the exit towards Corso Italia. Follow Corso Italia until you reach the train station, Circumvesuviana. From there, you can take a SITA bus towards Massa Lubrense. The bus stop is located just outside the station. Board the bus and make sure to tell the driver you are going to Cala di Puolo. The journey will take around 15-20 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Cala di Puolo' and walk down Via Partenope for about 5 minutes until you reach the lido.

From Sorrento, head to the main bus station located near the train station. Look for the SITA bus line heading to Massa Lubrense. Make sure to check the schedule for the next available bus as they may not run frequently. Once on the bus, it will take approximately 15-20 minutes to reach Cala di Puolo. Get off at the Cala di Puolo stop and follow the signs leading you to the beach, which is just a short walk down Via Partenope.
