Train
From Sorrento train station, take the Circumvesuviana train towards Napoli. The journey to Pompei will take about 30 minutes. Disembark at Pompei Scavi - Villa dei Misteri station. Once you exit the train station, follow the signs that lead you towards the archaeological site of Pompei. Walk straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the entrance gates, where the Forum Baths are located.

Catch the Sita bus from the main bus station in Sorrento, which is located near the train station. Take the bus towards Pompei or Napoli. The bus ride will take approximately 40 minutes. Get off at the Pompei stop and walk towards the archaeological site. Follow the signs leading to the Forum Baths, which should take around 15 minutes of walking.

If you are near the center of Sorrento, you can also consider walking to the Circumvesuviana train station, which is about a 15-minute walk from the main square (Piazza Tasso). Once you reach the station, follow the train instructions mentioned above to get to Pompei.

For a more comfortable option, you can take a taxi from anywhere in Sorrento directly to the archaeological site in Pompei. Taxis are readily available, and the ride will take around 30 minutes, depending on traffic. Make sure to ask the driver to drop you off at the entrance of the Pompei archaeological site.
