From the central area of Taormina, head towards Corso Umberto, the main street lined with shops and cafes. Continue along Corso Umberto until you reach the Porta Messina, the old city gate. Proceed through the gate and keep walking straight until you reach the end of the street. There, turn left onto Via Teatro Greco. Continue walking down this road, and you will eventually reach the bus station in Taormina. From the bus station, take a bus heading to Catania. The journey will take approximately 1 hour. Once you arrive in Catania, disembark at the central bus station. From the bus station, it is a 15-minute walk to Piazza Cutelli. Head southeast on Via Etnea towards Piazza Stesicoro. Continue straight until you reach Piazza Cutelli, which is at the intersection of Via Cutelli and Via Garibaldi.
