Getting There

• Public Transport

  From Trieste, head to the main bus terminal at Piazza della Libertà. Look for a bus that goes to Novigrad, which is serviced by several companies. Make sure to check the bus schedules in advance. Once you arrive in Novigrad, get off at the stop nearest to the town center. From there, it's a short walk to Veliki trg 8A. Head towards the main square (Trg Novigrad), and you will find the Muzej Lapidarium on your right.

From the square, simply walk towards the address, and you will see the museum's entrance. It's a short and pleasant walk through the charming streets of Novigrad.

  If you are in Trieste, you can opt for a taxi to take you directly to Novigrad. Given that you are not traveling by car, this is a convenient option. Just let the driver know your destination: Veliki trg 8A in Novigrad. The journey will take around 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on traffic conditions.
