If you are starting from Porta Nuova train station, take the Metro Line 1 towards Fermi. Get off at the 4th stop, which is 'Porta Susa'. From Porta Susa, transfer to bus number 56 or 61. Get off at the 'San Domenico' stop. Chiesa del Santo Sudario is a short walk from the bus stop. Head down Via San Domenico and you will find the church at number 30.

If you are in the city center, you can easily reach Chiesa del Santo Sudario by walking. From Piazza Castello, walk south down Via Roma, which will lead you to Via San Domenico. Turn left onto Via San Domenico, and you will find the church at number 30. This walk will take about 15-20 minutes.

From the city center, you can take tram line 13 or 15 from 'Porta Nuova' tram stop. Ride for 4 stops and get off at 'San Domenico' stop. After disembarking, walk down Via San Domenico. The Chiesa del Santo Sudario will be located at number 30, about a 5-minute walk from the tram stop.
