    If you are starting from the city center (Piazza Castello), head southeast towards Via Roma. Walk down Via Roma until you reach Piazza Carlo Felice, where you will find the entrance to the Porta Nuova train station. Once at the station, exit onto Corso Vittorio Emanuele II and continue walking straight. After about 10 minutes, you will reach the intersection with Corso Galileo Ferraris. Turn left onto Corso Galileo Ferraris, and continue straight for about 5 minutes. The Mastio della Cittadella will be on your right, just past the entrance to the Cittadella Park.

  • Public Transport

    From Porta Nuova train station, take tram line 4 from the stop located outside the station towards 'Fermata G. B. Lupi'. Ride the tram for 5 stops and get off at 'Corte d'Appello'. From there, walk east along Via Corte d'Appello until you reach Corso Galileo Ferraris. Turn left and walk for about 5 minutes. The Mastio della Cittadella will be on your right, adjacent to the Cittadella Park.

    If you prefer to bike, you can rent a bike from one of the many bike-sharing stations in the city. Start at Piazza Castello and head southeast towards Via Roma. Continue to the intersection of Corso Vittorio Emanuele II and Corso Galileo Ferraris. Turn left on Corso Galileo Ferraris and cycle straight for about 2 kilometers.
