Metro
If you are near the Porta Nuova train station, take the Metro Line 1 (the red line) towards Sassi. Get off at the 'Porta Susa' station after 2 stops. Once you exit the station, head east on Via Giuseppe Garibaldi, which will lead you directly to Piazza San Giovanni in about 5 minutes.
Tram
From the main square, Piazza Castello, take Tram Line 4 towards 'Nizza'. After 5 stops, get off at 'San Giovanni'. Walk about 2 minutes to reach Piazza San Giovanni.
Bus
From the Mole Antonelliana, walk to the nearby bus stop 'Piazza Vittorio Veneto'. Take Bus Line 13 towards 'Corso Peschiera'. After 4 stops, get off at 'Piazza San Giovanni'. You will find the square right in front of you.
Walking
If you are in the area of Via Roma, start walking east towards Piazza San Carlo. Continue straight onto Via dei Mercanti, and after about 10 minutes of walking, you will reach Piazza San Giovanni. Look for the beautiful church at the center of the square.
