From the heart of Vanchiglia, head southeast on Corso San Maurizio towards Via Santa Giulia. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via Po. Turn right onto Via Po and walk until you reach the River Po. Cross the river using the Ponte Vittorio Emanuele I bridge. Once across, turn left onto Lungofiume, which will lead you alongside the river. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Strada Comunale Santa Margherita. Turn right onto Strada Comunale Santa Margherita, and you will find Villa della Regina at number 79.

If you prefer to take public transport, you can catch the bus number 18 from the bus stop 'C.so San Maurizio' (located along Corso San Maurizio).
