From the main square in Montepulciano (Piazza Grande), head east towards Via dell'Opio nel Corso. Walk down Via dell'Opio nel Corso, which eventually becomes Via di Gracciano nel Corso. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via di San Bartolomeo. Take a left onto Via di San Bartolomeo and continue walking downhill until you reach the bus station. There, you can catch a bus to Siena. The bus ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive in Siena, walk towards the city center until you reach Piazza del Campo, then follow signs to Piazza S. Domenico, which is about a 15-minute walk from the square.

From Montepulciano, go to the bus station located near the center of town. Purchase a ticket to Siena. Buses run frequently throughout the day. Once on the bus, enjoy the scenic ride, which takes about 30-40 minutes. Upon arriving in Siena, disembark at the main bus terminal.
