Walking
If you are near the Rialto Bridge, start by heading southeast on the Ruga Vecchia San Giovanni towards Ruga Rialto. Continue straight until you reach the Campo San Bartolomeo. From there, take the left onto Calle delle Botteghe. Follow this street until you reach the Grand Canal, and then take a left. Walk along the canal until you reach the Ponte dell'Accademia. Cross the bridge and then turn right onto the Dorsoduro area. Continue straight until you reach the Campo Santa Margherita, then proceed straight until you reach the Calle del Pestrin. Follow this street until you reach the Church of Saint Nicolò.

From the nearest Vaporetto stop, board the line 1 or 2 that heads towards Piazzale Roma. If you’re at the San Marco stop, take line 1 in the direction of Piazzale Roma. Get off at the Ferrovia stop. From Ferrovia, walk straight to the main road leading to the Piazzale Roma. From there, walk towards the Campo San Geremia and then follow the signs towards the Church of Saint Nicolò. It is about a 15-minute walk from the Vaporetto stop.
