If you are starting from Piazza San Marco, simply walk towards the Doge's Palace, which is located at P.za San Marco, 1. The palace is immediately visible as it is one of the most prominent buildings in the square. If you are at the Basilica di San Marco, you can see the palace directly across the square.

Vaporetto (Waterbus)
Take the Vaporetto Line 1 or Line 2 and get off at the San Marco - Vallaresso stop. From there, walk towards the square. You'll be walking through the picturesque streets of Venice, and the Doge's Palace will be just a short 5-minute walk away, directly in front of you once you reach the square.
