From the Rialto Bridge, head south along the Mercato di Rialto until you reach Campo San Bartolomeo. Continue straight onto Calle dei Fabbri, then turn right onto Calle del Stagner. Follow this path until you reach the end of Calle del Stagner, and then turn left on Calle della Bissa. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Fondamenta Manin. Turn right, and Gino Mazzuccato will be on your left at Fondamenta Manin, 1.

Take the Vaporetto Line 1 from the nearest stop to your location (for example, San Marco). Get off at the stop 'Fondamenta Nove'. Once you disembark, walk towards the main road and head south until you reach the intersection with Fondamenta Manin. Turn left onto Fondamenta Manin, and Gino Mazzuccato will be on your left at number 1.

If you are near St. Mark's Square, exit towards the Basilica and head to the left side of the square. Walk down the Calle del Fabbri, crossing over the small bridges and canals until you reach the intersection with Campo San Luca. From Campo San Luca, continue straight onto Calle delle Veste, and then turn left onto Fondamenta Manin. Gino Mazzuccato will be located on your left at number 1.
