If you are starting from the famous Piazza San Marco (St. Mark's Square), head south towards the water and walk along the Riva degli Schiavoni. Continue walking along the waterfront until you reach the Ponte della Paglia. Cross the bridge and turn left onto the Calle del Paradiso. Follow this street as it turns into Calle dei Fabbri, and then into Calle della Madonna. Continue straight until you reach the Campo Santa Margherita. From there, take the second street on your right, which is Calle dei Venti. Continue on this road until you reach the intersection with Sestiere Dorsoduro. Turn left and walk a short distance until you reach Palazzo Ca' Zenobio at Sestiere Dorsoduro, 2596.

If you prefer to take the Vaporetto, make your way to the nearest Vaporetto stop, which could be either San Marco or Piazzale Roma depending on your location. Board the Vaporetto line 1 or 2 heading towards either Academia or Zattere. Disembark at the Zattere stop. From there, walk along the Fondamenta Nani. You'll want to continue straight until you reach the intersection with Sestiere Dorsoduro. Turn left and walk a short distance until you arrive at Palazzo Ca' Zenobio at Sestiere Dorsoduro, 2596.
