    From Venice Santa Lucia train station, purchase a ticket for a train to Padova. Trains run frequently and the journey takes approximately 25 minutes. Once you arrive at Padova, exit the train station and navigate to the bus stop outside the station. Take bus number 5 or 10, which will take you directly to 'P.za Garibaldi'. Once you reach the square, you will see Porta Altinate nearby.
