Walking
If you are starting from the famous Piazza San Marco, head east towards the Riva degli Schiavoni. Continue along the waterfront until you reach the Ponte della Paglia. Cross the bridge and follow the signs leading to the Arsenale. Keep walking straight until you reach the intersection of Calle della Fava. Turn left onto Calle della Fava and then take your first right onto Calle del Vento. Follow this street until you reach Campo San Francesco. The church San Francesco della Vigna will be directly in front of you.
Walking
From the Rialto Bridge, walk down the Merceria towards Piazza San Marco. Once you reach the square, follow the previous directions towards Riva degli Schiavoni and then towards the Arsenale. The directions remain the same from there. Alternatively, you can take the route through the Calle Larga XXII Marzo, heading towards the Arsenale as well.
Vaporetto
If you prefer to take the Vaporetto, board Line 1 or Line 5.1 at the nearest Vaporetto stop (e.g., San Marco or Rialto). Ride towards the Arsenale stop. Once you disembark at Arsenale, exit the station and walk straight until you see the signs for San Francesco della Vigna. The church should be a short walk away.
