Walking
If you are starting from Piazza San Marco (St. Mark's Square), head west towards the Museo Correr. Continue walking straight until you reach the end of the square. From there, turn left onto the Calle XXII Marzo, which will lead you through some shops. Keep walking straight until you reach the intersection with the Grand Canal. Cross the small bridge (Ponte di Rialto) and continue straight ahead. You will see signs that direct you to Campo San Samuele. Once you reach the campo, San Samuele will be located directly in the middle.

If you're near the Grand Canal, you can take the Vaporetto (waterbus) line 1 or line 2 towards 'Sant'Angelo' or 'Accademia'. Get off at the 'Sant'Angelo' stop.
