Walking
If you are starting from Piazza San Marco (St. Mark's Square), head west towards the Museo Correr. Continue walking straight until you reach the end of the square. From there, turn left onto the Calle XXII Marzo, which will lead you through some shops. Keep walking straight until you reach the intersection with the Grand Canal. Cross the small bridge (Ponte di Rialto) and continue straight ahead. You will see signs that direct you to Campo San Samuele. Once you reach the campo, San Samuele will be located directly in the middle.
Waterbus (Vaporetto)
If you're near the Grand Canal, you can take the Vaporetto (waterbus) line 1 or line 2 towards 'Sant'Angelo' or 'Accademia'. Get off at the 'Sant'Angelo' stop. Once you disembark, head straight and take the first left onto Calle de le Chioverete. Continue walking until you reach Campo San Samuele. The church will be visible in the square.
Walking
From the Accademia Gallery, exit and turn left. Walk along the Canal Grande until you reach the Ponte dell'Accademia. Cross the bridge and then take the first right onto Calle della Carità. Keep walking until you reach Campo San Samuele. The church will be located at the far end of the campo.
Walking
If you are coming from the Rialto Market, head south towards the Grand Canal. Take the steps down to the water and walk along the waterfront. Turn right and walk until you reach the Ponte di Rialto. Cross the bridge, then take the first left onto Calle del Sturion. Continue walking straight until you arrive at Campo San Samuele.
