If you are starting from the iconic Rialto Bridge, head east along the Strada Nova until you reach the Campo Santi Apostoli. Turn right and continue until you reach the Calle de la Madonna. Follow this street until you reach the intersection, then turn left onto Calle dei Boteri. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Fondamenta de la Misericordia. Santa Fosca will be on your right, a short walk away.

From the nearest Vaporetto stop, take Line 1 towards San Marco. Get off at the 'Ca' d'Oro' stop. From there, exit the dock and head northeast on Strada Nova. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle de la Madonna. Turn right and follow Calle dei Boteri until you reach Fondamenta de la Misericordia. Santa Fosca will be on your right.
