From the Rialto Bridge, head north on the Strada Nova. You will pass by various shops and cafes. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with the Cannaregio Canal. Strada Nova will be on your right side, and you will see a sign indicating its name.

If you are near St. Mark's Square, head northwest toward the Calle Larga XXII Marzo. Continue walking straight for about 15 minutes until you reach the Campo dei Mori. From there, turn left onto Fondamenta dei Mori and keep walking until you reach the intersection with Strada Nova. Turn right to enter Strada Nova.
