If you are near the famous St. Mark's Square (Piazza San Marco), you can easily walk to Teatro Goldoni. From the square, head towards the Basilica di San Marco and exit through the archway onto the Mercerie shopping street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via dei Fabbri. Turn left onto Via dei Fabbri and walk until you see the small square where Teatro Goldoni is located. The theater is at S. Marco, 4650/B, just off the main street.

Take the Vaporetto Line 1 or Line 2 from any nearby water bus stop along the Grand Canal. Get off at the 'Sant'Angelo' stop. From there, head east along Calle del Teatro until you reach a small canal. Cross the bridge and continue straight. You will reach Teatro Goldoni at S. Marco, 4650/B in about 10 minutes.

Walking from Rialto Bridge
If you are at the Rialto Bridge, walk towards the San Marco area. Head south along Salizzada San Giovanni Crisostomo until you reach Campo San Luca. From the square, turn left onto Merceria and follow it until you reach St. Mark's Square. From there, follow the walking directions to Teatro Goldoni as described above. The total walk will take about 20 minutes.
