If you're starting from St. Mark's Square (Piazza San Marco), head towards the west side of the square and exit through the archway leading to the Via dei Fabbri. Cross the bridge and continue straight ahead onto Calle del Remedio. After a short walk, take a left onto Calle Seconda del Cristo. The Wagner Museum will be on your right at number 2040.

If you're near the Grand Canal, you can take a Vaporetto (water bus) to the nearest stop, which is 'Santa Maria del Giglio'.
