    From the Rialto Bridge, head south towards Campo San Bartolomeo. Continue straight onto Calle dei Cinque. When you reach the end of Calle dei Cinque, turn right onto Calle del Fabbri. Walk straight until you reach the next intersection. Turn left onto Calle del Mascareri, and continue until you see the sign for Calle de la Chiesa.
