Bus
From Verona, head to the main bus station 'Verona Porta Nuova'. Take the bus towards 'Riva del Garda' or 'Ledro' (look for bus numbers 484 or similar). The journey takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive at the bus stop in Ledro, disembark and follow the signs for 'Str. del Ponale'. The hiking area is a short walk from the stop, and you can ask locals for directions if needed.
Train and Bus
Begin your journey at 'Verona Porta Nuova' train station. Take a train towards 'Rovereto' (check schedules for trains heading to Trento). After about 30 minutes, disembark at 'Rovereto' station. From there, transfer to a bus heading towards 'Riva del Garda'. Upon reaching Riva del Garda, catch the local bus to Ledro. Once you arrive in Ledro, follow the signs to 'Str. del Ponale', which is within walking distance from the bus stop.
Walking
If you happen to be staying close to the area, you can walk to 'Str. del Ponale'. From Ledro town center, head towards the lake and follow the signs for the hiking trails. The scenic walk will take you along the lakefront, providing stunning views as you make your way to the hiking area. It’s a lovely walk that takes about 30-45 minutes, depending on your pace.
