From the center of Verona, head towards Piazza Bra. Once you reach the square, locate the entrance of the Arena di Verona. From there, take Via Mazzini, a pedestrian street filled with shops and cafes. Follow Via Mazzini until you reach Piazza delle Erbe. At Piazza delle Erbe, continue straight onto Via dei Pellegrini until you reach the intersection with Via Roma. Turn right onto Via Roma, which will lead you to the train station (Stazione di Verona Porta Nuova). From the train station, take a train to Mantova (Mantua). The train ride takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Mantova, exit the train station and head towards the city center. Follow the signs or use a map to guide you to Piazza Sordello. It is a short walk of approximately 15 minutes. You will pass by various shops and restaurants, making for a pleasant stroll.
