Amazing hands-on experience with Roman Chef Matteo!

Matteo is a great instructor and an engaging personality. He had a lot to share about his culture and his wealth of knowledge regarding Italian cuisine. We enjoyed his stories about his grandmother's cooking. His cooking style focused on fresh simple ingredients and careful preparation. Overall, this was a great way to experience another side of Roman cuisine.

Accidents do happen

We actually didn’t attend as unfortunately the driver was involved in an accident on route to collecting us. I gave 5 stars though as after having a conversation with Frederico and hearing how distraught and disappointed he was, we believe it would have been a 5 star experience. We will endeavour to try again another time when next in Rome.( Class is being refunded)
