Getting There

Car
From the center of Mandeville, head north on the A2 highway towards Spaldings. After approximately 10 km, take the right turn onto the B3 road towards Dawkins. Continue on the B3 for about 15 km until you reach Dawkins. The Mocho Mountains will be visible as you approach the area, and you can park at designated spots near the foot of the mountains. Ensure to check for any parking fees which may apply.

Public Transportation
If you are using public transportation, start at the Mandeville Transport Centre. Take a route taxi heading towards Spaldings. Inform the driver you want to go to Dawkins. The fare is approximately JMD 300. Once you arrive in Dawkins, you may need to arrange for a local taxi or ask for directions to the nearest point to the Mocho Mountains. Be prepared for a short walk as the nearest drop-off point may not be directly at the mountains.
