At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Howard Cooke Boulevard. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Tulip Avenue. Turn right onto Tulip Avenue, and V 11 will be located along this road. It should take you about 20-30 minutes of leisurely walking to reach your destination.

The bus journey typically takes around 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic.
