For a breezy ride, rent a bicycle from any of the rental shops along the Seven Mile Beach. Head west on Norman Manley Boulevard until you reach the intersection with Paynes Town. Turn right onto the road towards Paynes Town, and continue until you see the signs for Premium Parasailing. The total ride should take about 15-20 minutes.
