Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving from Montego Bay, take the A1 highway heading east towards Ocho Rios. The journey takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Ocho Rios, look for Main Street; Explorer Jamaica is located directly on this street. There is parking available nearby, but be aware that you may incur parking fees depending on the location.

• Public Transportation - Bus

  For those using public transportation, you can catch a Knutsford Express bus from Montego Bay to Ocho Rios. Buses depart frequently, and the fare is approximately JMD 1,000. Once you arrive at the Ocho Rios bus terminal, it's a short walk to Main Street where Explorer Jamaica is located. Just follow Main Street heading towards the town center; Explorer Jamaica will be on your right.

• Taxi

  Another option is to hire a taxi directly from your location in North Coast to Explorer Jamaica. Be sure to negotiate the fare in advance. Typical fares from nearby towns are around JMD 2,000 to JMD 3,000 depending on your starting point. The taxi will take you directly to Main Street in Ocho Rios, where Explorer Jamaica is situated.

• Walking

  If you are staying in Ocho Rios and within walking distance, simply head towards Main Street. Follow the signs for the town center, and you will find Explorer Jamaica located at the address on Main Street. This is an excellent option if you wish to explore the local area on foot.
