From Port Antonio, head southwest on the A4 highway towards Morant Bay. After approximately 30-40 minutes of driving, you will reach Morant Bay. Continue on the A4 until you see signs for Trinity Ville. Take the exit towards Trinity Ville, and follow the road signs. Upon entering Trinity Ville, keep an eye out for local signs directing you to Grandpa Falls. The falls are located off a dirt road, so be prepared for a short drive on less maintained roads. Parking may be available near the entrance to the falls.
