Public Transport

From Kingston, take the Line 1 bus directly to Hellshire Beach. The journey takes approximately 57 minutes and costs around $1 USD. Alternatively, take the 17A or 1A bus from Three Mile to Naggo Head and then transfer to the Hellshire Beach bus. This route takes about 55 minutes and costs $2 USD. A shuttle service operates between Hellshire and Greater Portmore on weekdays from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm; the Hellshire shuttle route number is 100.

Taxi

Taxis are readily available in Kingston. A taxi ride to Hellshire Beach takes about 26-27 minutes and costs between $30-$45 USD. Negotiate the fare before starting your journey.

Driving

Driving from Kingston to Hellshire Beach takes approximately 26-27 minutes via the A2. Parking is available along the Hellshire main road, but it can be limited, especially on weekends. There are no designated parking areas, so parking is generally along the side of the road. It is customary to tip anyone who assists you in finding a parking spot. Expect to pay a small tip to the parking attendant.
