Walking
If you are located in the central area of Runaway Bay, start by heading towards the main road, which is the A1 highway. Follow the A1 highway heading east. Continue walking for approximately 1.5 to 2 kilometers until you reach the signs for Exchange Main Road. Once you see the signs, turn left onto Exchange Main Road. Continue walking for another 1 kilometer. Irie Outdoors will be on your right, just off the road, in a natural setting along the river.

Public Bus
From central Runaway Bay, walk to the nearest bus stop on the A1 highway. Look for a local bus heading towards Ocho Rios or Exchange. Board the bus and let the driver know you are going to Exchange. The fare is typically inexpensive, around 100 Jamaican dollars. After about 15 minutes, the bus will stop at Exchange Main Road. Once you get off, walk down Exchange Main Road for about 500 meters, and Irie Outdoors will be on your left side.

Taxi
Find a taxi stand in the central area of Runaway Bay. Negotiate a fare to Exchange Main Road, specifying Irie Outdoors as your destination. The ride should take approximately 10 to 15 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive, the driver will drop you off right outside Irie Outdoors where you can enjoy the river.
