Getting There

• Walking

  If you are starting from the center of Runaway Bay, head east along Main Street (A1) towards the direction of Ocho Rios. Walk for about 15 minutes until you reach the intersection at the Laughlands community. At the intersection, turn left onto the road leading to Laughlands. Continue walking for another 10-15 minutes. You will pass local shops and small eateries along the way. Look for signs indicating Vybz River or ask locals for directions if needed. The destination will be on your right at the address FP5H+254, which is in the Plantation Village area.

• Public Transport (Bus)

  From any point in Runaway Bay, walk to the nearest bus stop on Main Street (A1). Board a bus heading towards Ocho Rios. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Laughlands. The bus ride should take approximately 10-15 minutes. Once you get off at Laughlands, disembark and walk down the main road in the direction of the river. Continue for about 10 minutes until you see the signs for Vybz River at FP5H+254, Laughlands, Plantation Village.

• Taxi (Shared Taxi)

  Find a shared taxi stand in Runaway Bay, typically located near the main road. Board a taxi that is going to Ocho Rios and inform the driver you want to go to Laughlands. The taxi will drop you off at the Laughlands area, which takes about 10 minutes. From there, walk along the main road towards FP5H+254, Laughlands, Plantation Village. The Vybz River should be within a 10-minute walk from where you are dropped off. Look for local signs or ask residents if you need assistance.
