From central Aomori City, head south on Route 4. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Yasukata Street. Turn left onto Yasukata Street. Continue for about 1 km, and you will see Utou Ryujiingu on your left at the address 2 Chome-7 Yasukata, Aomori, 030-0803. There is parking available nearby.
Public Transportation
Take a bus from Aomori Station. Look for the local bus service that operates on the Yasukata line. Board the bus and travel for approximately 5 stops. Get off at the 'Yasukata' bus stop. From the bus stop, walk north for about 300 meters on Yasukata Street, and you will find Utou Ryujiingu on your right at 2 Chome-7 Yasukata, Aomori, 030-0803.

If you are already in the vicinity of Aomori City Hall, you can walk to Utou Ryujiingu. Head east on Yasukata Street, continuing straight for about 1.5 km. You will pass by several shops and restaurants. After about 20 minutes of walking, you will see Utou Ryujiingu on your left at 2 Chome-7 Yasukata, Aomori, 030-0803.
