    If you're traveling by car, start from the city center of Aomori. Take Route 4 heading southwest. After approximately 5 kilometers, take the exit toward Aomori City Center. Merge onto Route 7. Continue for about 1 kilometer and then take a left turn onto Yasukata Street. Utou Shrine will be on your right at 2 Chome-7-18 Yasukata. There is parking available at the shrine, but be mindful of any parking fees that may apply.

    From Aomori Station, take the Aomori City Bus (Blue line) towards Yasukata. The bus ride takes about 15 minutes. Disembark at the Yasukata bus stop. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk to Utou Shrine. Walk south on Yasukata Street, and you will see the shrine located at 2 Chome-7-18 Yasukata. The bus fare is approximately 210 yen.
