If you are driving, head towards the city center of Aomori. From Aomori Station, take Route 4 north towards Yasukata. Continue on Route 4 for about 1.5 kilometers. Look for signs directing you to Yasukata. After passing the intersection at Chuo-dori, turn left onto Yasukata 2 Chome. You will find Utou Shrine at 2 Chome-7-18 Yasukata on your right. There is parking available nearby.

To reach Utou Shrine by public transportation, start at Aomori Station. Take a city bus bound for Yasukata. The bus ride takes approximately 10 minutes. Get off at the 'Yasukata 2 Chome' bus stop. From there, walk about 200 meters east along the street until you reach the entrance of Utou Shrine at 2 Chome-7-18 Yasukata. Follow the signs as you approach the shrine.
