Car
If you are driving, start from the center of Bizen and head towards Okayama city. Follow Route 250 towards Okayama. Once you reach Okayama, look for signs to Nishikimachi. You will need to navigate through the city center. After entering Nishikimachi, turn onto the street where Ferris Building is located. Utena Bar is on the 3rd floor of the Ferris Building, located at 8-11 Nishikimachi. There is parking available nearby, but be sure to check for any parking fees.

To get to Utena Bar using public transportation, take the JR Sanyo Line train from Bizen Station to Okayama Station. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Okayama Station, follow the signs to the East Exit. From there, you can take a local bus or a taxi to Nishikimachi. If you prefer to walk, it is about a 20-minute walk from the station. Head east on the main road, then turn left at the intersection where you see the Ferris Building. Utena Bar is located on the 3rd floor of the building at 8-11 Nishikimachi.
