Getting There

Car
If you're driving from central Bizen, head north on Route 2. Continue on Route 2 for about 12 kilometers. As you approach Okayama City, look for signs directing you to Route 53. Merge onto Route 53 and follow it for approximately 5 kilometers. Once you reach the Ishiyama Park exit, turn left onto Ishizekicho. The park entrance will be on your right. Parking is available at the park, and it’s typically free.

Public Transportation
From Bizen, take the local train from Bizen Station on the JR Sanyo Line towards Okayama Station. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Okayama Station, transfer to the Okayama Electric Tramway (tram line 1) towards Higashiyama. Ride the tram for about 15 minutes and get off at the Ishiyama Park stop. The park entrance is a short walk from the tram stop. Make sure to have around ¥500-¥800 for the train fare and an additional ¥200 for the tram fare.
