Car
If you're traveling by car, you can use the Nagano Expressway to reach Chubu-Sangaku National Park. From Nagoya, take the Chuo Expressway and exit at the Matsumoto Interchange. Follow Route 158 north until you reach Otari. Once in Otari, follow the signs to Chikuniotsu (about 30 minutes from Matsumoto). The park entrance is located at 12883-1 Chikuniotsu, Otari, Kitaazumi District, Nagano 399-9422. Parking is available near the entrance, but be aware that there may be a parking fee of around ¥500.

Public Transportation
To reach Chubu-Sangaku National Park by public transportation, take a train to JR Matsumoto Station. From Matsumoto, transfer to the Oito Line and take the train to Nagano. Once you arrive at Nagano Station, take the Alpico Kotsu bus bound for 'Chikuniotsu' or 'Otari' (the bus ride takes about 40 minutes). The bus fare is approximately ¥1,000. Get off at the Chikuniotsu bus stop and follow the signs to the park entrance, which is a short walk away.
