Car
If you're traveling by car, start from the center of Etchu and head towards Route 141. Follow Route 141 for approximately 12 kilometers until you reach Hokuto City. Look for signs indicating Makiba Park as you approach the area. Turn onto Nishiiide Road (西井出道) and continue for about 3 kilometers. The park entrance will be on your right. Note that parking is available on-site, and there may be a nominal parking fee of around 500 yen.
